The holy kehillah of Berditchev, led by the moro d’asro, Hagaon Rabbi Moshe Shmuel Thaler shlita, supports the five hundred Jews of Berditchev at every stage of life, with Torah, educational and chessed institutions, and any spiritual or physical help they need.

The shul
The local shul is active year-round, with daily minyanim.
Schools
The Or Avner School and Preschool, for the Jewish education of Berditchev’s next generation.
The kollel
The Tiferes Levi Yitzchok Kollel, for residents of the city who wish to immerse themselves in the holy Torah.
The mikveh
The Mei Levi Yitzchok Mikveh, built to the highest standards of kashrus.
Chessed
Hospitality for visitors, daily chessed for community members, food distribution and aid for every Jew in the city, and now humanitarian help during the war.
The chevra kaddisha
The community’s chevra kaddisha performs chessed shel emes and cares for the Jewish cemetery.
